“Many artists and bands of  music have released their albums on vinyl, filling the collections of their fans with beloved masterpieces of music history. The first mass-produced vinyl records were 78 RPM (revolutions per minute), made from shellac or brittle vinyl. These records had short playing times and limited sound quality. The introduction of 33 RPM LP (Long Play) records by RCA Victor in 1948 changed the perception of vinyl. These records had longer playing times (about 20 minutes per side) and better sound quality. By using broken vinyl, we created decorative accents for space enthusiasts of innovation.”
