In Christian tradition, Archangel Gabriel is one of the three principal archangels, alongside Michael and Raphael. His name means “Strength of God” or “Mighty One of God” in Hebrew and related languages.

Gabriel plays a central role in significant events of Divine Providence, such as announcing the Conception of the Virgin Mary and the Birth of Jesus Christ. Additionally, according to tradition, Gabriel will also play a crucial role in the Last Judgment.
